TOP NO UV – a self-leveling top coat for gel polish and gel systems, without a sticky layer and without UV filters (No UV Filter). Used for neon and dark shades, black and red colors. Designed to prevent blue reflections. Does not alter the color shades. TOP NO UV has a convenient medium consistency that allows the technician to work with a light leveling technique. Available in 13 ml and 30 ml volumes.
